

Betty was born on May 1, 1935, in Fort Worth, Texas. Her dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic led to a lifelong career in the oil and gas industry starting in 1950s, where she remained until retiring in the mid-1990s.
In 1958, Betty met and later married her husband, Tandy Couch. Their marriage was marked by 42 years.
Betty will be remembered for her quiet strength, kind heart, steadfast devotion to her family, church, and community, and the grace with which she lived her life. SHe leaves behind a legacy of love, faithfulness, and dedication that will continue to inspire those who knew her. She will be remembered for her countless hours of volunteer service in tax preparation, documenting family genealogy, and her love for knowledge attending adult education classes at Midland College.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tandy Couch; Parents, Clifford and Dorothy Rigney; Sisters and Brother-in-law Nancy and Stacy Jackson, Judy Hedge.
She is survived by nephews, a niece, granddaughters, great-grandchildren, and great nieces and nephews.
Betty's memory will be treasured by her family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by her kindness and generosity.
