Billie R. Proctor

Billie R. Proctor, of Midland, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2010. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Linnie Proctor; sons, Raymond Michael Proctor and Robert Lynn Proctor; and granddaughter, Heather Elaine Proctor. He is survived by his wife, Isabel Proctor; son, Billie R. Proctor Jr and wife Lucy of Midland; son, Michael S. Proctor and wife Cynthia of New Braunfels, TX; daughter, Anita Thurman and husband Roger of Odessa, TX; brother, Carl Proctor and wife Lena Mae of Levelland, TX; Twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Ellis Funeral Home Sunday, September 19, 2010 between the hours of 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. A Rosary will begin at 7:00 P.M. Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Monday, September 20, 2010 at the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel Midland, TX. Graveside services will follow at 4:00 P.M. at the Morton Memorial Cemetery, Morton, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
