Colleen Kay Nolan

Colleen was born November 9, 1938 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Robert Reynolds (father) and Hazel Walker (mother). She grew up in several small towns in Nebraska; graduated from Niobrara High School, Niobrara Nebraska.

Colleen married William Nolan June 14, 1956 in St. Williams Catholic church, Niobrara Nebraska and together they built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Together they raised five children: Tee Ray, Dawn (Lloyd), Todd (Cassandra), Travis (Nancy), and Tony who will always be grateful for her love and support.

Colleen was preceded in death by her father and mother, husband, and son (Tony), two brothers (Don and Larry Reynolds). She is survived by two sisters (Ilene Fry and Helen Waldman), and one brother (Kim Reynolds), four children, seven grandchildren (Stephanie Ritter, Trey Nolan, Brittney Sortomme (Cody), Georgia Nicole Root (Paladin), Trevor Nolan (Maygen), Amber Nolan (Jayden Edgar), and four great grandchildren (Willow, Tygen, Guinevere, Tyrian, and Tucker).

Colleen enjoyed playing cards and other games especially bingo, along with watching movies (Westerns) and was an avid reader. Colleen liked crocheting blankets and other items for her children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held November 15, 2025 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. with a rosary held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a graveside service. Friends and family are invited to attend to pay their respects and share in the honor and celebration of Colleen’s life.
