Darlene was born in Midland, Texas on December 15th, 1955 to Henry and Carrie
Bailey. She was married to James White, Sr. on August 6th, 1984. They were married for almost 33 years.
Darlene was a long-time member of West Kentucky Baptist Church. We rejoice with her because we know that she had trusted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, and we plan to be reunited with her someday in Heaven.
Darlene is preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Carrie Bailey; and her brother, Malley Bailey.
Darlene is survived by her husband, James White, Sr.; her children, Jason White, Rachel Gregory, and James White, Jr. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Marty; her grandchildren Jacob and Emily; and her brothers, Daryl and Richard and her sisters, Charlotte and Arlene. She is also survived by numerous other family and friends.
A closed-casket visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3rd, from 6-8 pm. at
Ellis Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 4th, at 11 am. at Fairview Cemetery with Bro. Bob Porterfield officiating.
