Born October 30, 1937, and raised in Midland, Delo lived her life loving our Lord while being a devoted wife and mother of five children.
She shared a passion for writing, playing music and singing. She loved spending time with her family, especially on holidays, of which Christmas was her favorite. Those who knew her were drawn to her sweet spirit, sense of humor, and intelligence.
Delo is survived by her husband, John W. of Midland, sons, Daniel Crowley of Midland, Gregory Crowley of Richland Hills, Texas, and Bradley Crowley of Atlanta, Georgia; daughters Karen Crowley Copeland of Rowlett, Texas and Patricia "Patty" Crowley Jasina of Lucas, Texas. Her grandchildren are Rachel Copeland, Alexis "Lexi" Copeland, Ryan Wilinski, Shelby Wilinski, Elizabeth Jasina, Paul Jasina, Brayden Schmitt, and Bentley Moore.
Family visitation will held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2013, at Ellis Funeral Home in Midland.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2013, at Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland.
