Edith Jean Elder

Edith married Billy R. Elder on January 17, 1947, they had two children Steve and Kathy. She was a member of Crestview Baptist and was a devoted Christian. She was involved with the girl scouts Troop 7 and worked at Robert E Lee School where she later retired.

She is survived by her daughter Kathy (husband) Bill White. Grandchildren Coby and Leigh Ann White, Cory and Amanda White, Courtney and William Warden, Ryan, Jeremy, Cody, Kyle and Mathew Elder. 15 great grand children, One Brother John Marlow.

Edith was preceded in death by her parents, her husband B.R. Elder, son Steve Elder, Sister and a great grandson.

She was truly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

A graveside service for Edith will be held Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Resthaven Memorial Park, Midland, Texas.

The family sends special thanks to the staff @Manor Park especially the Buena Vita Hall and Hospice of Midland.
