Frances was born on November 8, 1942 to Virginia Marteny Vitale and Leo S. Vitale in Canton, Ohio. She lived most of her life in the Canton, Massillon, and Cleveland, Ohio area.
Fran graduated from Timken Vocational High School in Canton. She retired from Barbco Inc of E Canton in 2005.
She moved to Midland in January of 2005 and married Richard H. Wallace on April 14, 2005.
Fran was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Richard H Wallace, of Midland; her children, Leo James Vitale Harte of North Carolina, Ernest Reed Harte of Midland, and Richard Earle Harte of Ohio. Fran has four sisters and one brother: Leona Peddicord, Judy Willard, Sharon Graf, Cindy Kelly, and Leo Vitale. She has twelve grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
