Jackie LaFoy Seals

Jackie Seals, 82, loving father, husband, and brother, passed away on July 13, 2017 in Midland, Texas, after a lengthy illness. Jackie was born in Seymour, Texas on April 12, 1935. He was the youngest child of Garrett and Effie Seals, both of who have preceded him in death. He originally arrived in the Permian Basin in the late 1950’s. He married Mary Frances Hisaw on June 30, 1961 in Odessa. She preceded him in death in 2004.

On November 9, 2009, he married Norma Bentley and they lived happily together in Midland until his death.

Jackie was a kind, generous, and loving man to his family and all who knew him. He enjoyed dancing with his wife, Norma and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was always active and enjoyed helping other people.

He is survived by his wife Norma, his son Brian, wife Vicki and daughter Jessica of Rowlett, Texas, his son Alan, wife Kristin Isaacson and daughter Kenna of Cypress, Texas, sister Edith Keck of Lubbock, Texas, and sister Joan Mauck of Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as many stepchildren, step grandchildren, and step great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Ellis Funeral Home, 801 Andrews Highway, Midland, TX 79701.
