We like to think he is swing dancing his way to Heaven. A good guy, straight up and a pleasure to be around. Our heart goes out to his family.

Mrs. Summer: I am devastated with the loss of Mr. Summer, but am assured that he is talking the ears off the angels in his wonderful west Texas drawl! I loved talking to him anytime he called the Office of Alumni & Development at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. He was a true gentleman and there was no doubt that he loved this university! I will greatly miss our visits on the phone. My heartfelt condolences.
