

Jena was a graduate of Lee High School and pursued her education at Midland College and Angelo State University, where she studied graphic design. On January 6, 2001, she married her loving and devoted husband of 24 years, Jason Culver. Known for her huge heart, optimism and strong-willed spirit, Jena was an inspiration to all who knew her. She was the epitome of resilience, strength, and determination. She never allowed obstacles to hinder the pursuit of her goals or her commitment to living each day to the fullest. Her passion for life encouraged those around her to cherish every moment and never take life for granted. Jena’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Jena is survived by her husband, Jason Culver; her mother, Virginia Howle; and her siblings, John (Debbie) Evans, Dana (Patrick) White, Diane (Brion) Herrman, Judy (Mike) Ingram, Ricky (Patricia) Howle and Marolyn (Bill) Prock. She is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews. Jena was preceded in death by her father, Enos Howle.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Ellis Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Ellis Funeral Home followed by graveside committal at Resthaven Memorial Park.
