Marguerite Wilma Stone

Marguerite W. Stone, 75, died October 19, 2012, at her home in Midland, Texas surrounded by her family. She was born February 7, 1937 in Pratt, Kansas, the daughter of Claude E. and Jessie F. (Patrick) Hindman. She lived in Pratt until moving to Oklahoma in 1980, then to Midland, Texas in 1990, where she and her husband retired from the oil industry.

She worked as a CNA in Pratt, Kansas and Cushing, Oklahoma. Then kept books for her and her husband’s Oil Reclaiming businesses.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clark E. Stone, and brother Eugene Hindman.

Survivors include 3 children: Glenna J. Heine (companion James Bruner) of Cushing, Oklahoma, Dee A. Petz and Bradley C. Stone (wife Peggy), both of Midland, Texas. 6 grandchildren: David (Jennifer) Heine, Midland, Texas, Cathy Heine and Tracy (Jennie) Heine of Cushing, Oklahoma. Dustin (Jennifer) Stone, Shana (Joshua) O'Neal, Jessica Stone (companion Caleb Perry) all of Midland, Texas. 13 great grandchildren: Courtney, Tyler, Marrisa, Marc, Tasha and Peyton Heine, Travis and Talon Stone, Nathan O'Neal and Alex Stone all of Midland, Texas, and Ashley, Austin and Maci Heine of Cushing, Oklahoma. A sister, Darlene Anderson of Yukon, Oklahoma. 3 pet children, Teta, Maria and Millie.

Family will receive friends, Sunday, October 21, 2012 between the hours of 6:00-8:00pm at Ellis Funeral Home. A grave side service will be held Monday, October 22, 2012 at 1:00pm at Resthaven Memorial Park, Midland, Texas with Brother Stephen Willis officiating. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Odessa or the donor’s choice.
