Mikeul D. Schneider

Mikeul Don Schneider was born on July 15, 1945 in Baird, TX to his parents Warren and Tylene Schneider. He attended Midland High School and later chose an oilfield career working for various well service outfits. In 1978, he started a pumping career with Seco Production Company that eventually became Kirkpatrick Oil & Gas, which he worked for until December 31, 2013.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and beloved horse “Whiskey Pete.”

He leaves behind 3 sons Warren Schneider and wife Sylvia of Coahoma, TX; Mikeul Schneider and wife Holly of Midland, TX; Willy Schneider and wife Juanita of Midland, TX; 1 Brother: Larry Schneider of Midland, TX; 2 Sisters: Brenda Carter and husband Fletcher of Greenwood, TX; Sharon Sutton and husband Buck of Water Valley, TX;10 Grandchildren: Crystal of Big Spring, Victoria and husband Jason of Odessa, TX, Bianca, Rigo, Krista, Matthew, Aaron, Brooklyn, Bobby, and Lauren who are all from Midland, TX; 1 Great-Grandchild: Chasity Faith; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A family visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Ellis Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Serenity Memorial Garden.

Pallbearers will include Perry Cox, Scooter McGee, Walter Walker, Richard Schneider, Daniel Carter, and Wes Sutton. Honorary pallbearers will include Larry Schneider, David Carter and Artie Brashaw.
