She was married to Luis Morales, who preceded her in death in 2004.
Pilar was an amazing cook and enjoyed working in the food truck. She was a member of Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe. Pilar enjoyed dancing but especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Pilar is survived by her sons, Jose Carlos Morales and Luis Morales, Jr.; daughters, Abigail Morales and Maritza Morales Miranda; brothers, Jesus Morales and Jesus Ramon Morales; sister, Rosa Maria Garcia; and fourteen grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Luis Morales; mother, Angelina Garcia; and brother, Hector Luis Morales.
The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 4-8 PM at Ellis Funeral Home. The Rosary will be recited at 7 PM. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 2 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, followed by burial at Resthaven Memorial Park. Jose Carlos Morales, Luis Morales Jr., Miguel Miranda, Jesus Morales, Ayden Xavier Bates and Alexander Achilles Bates will serve as pallbearers.
