Thank you for your unbelievable kindness and generosity taking care of us as we grew up in Long Beach IN. You are and will always live on as the most important and cherished parts of all our memories. Your friendship and guidance helped all us in the neighborhood to develop our imaginations, athletic skills and character. I know I would not be the person or man I am today without having known you.  The way you touched our lives was truly special. I miss you often.  Mikey

Glenn, you will always be remembered as the highest energy supervisor, best friend to keep, and outstanding knowledgeable colleague, God will receive you with open arms and you will be sitting near him. You are an inspiration to all of us, no matter the circumstances, the obstacles, the bad reports, you always strive for 100%. My deepest condolences to Glenn's family during this hard times. He will always be in our conversations and in our hearts.

I have known Glenn for the past 9 years. Back in the Cornell days, we had offices across the hall from one another. I came to have the highest respect and admiration for him and am deeply saddened that he is gone. Before he transferred back to Big Spring, I spoke with him about his illness. His strongest desire was to fight as long as he was able so he could support his family as long as he could.  My deepest sympathy to his family, who has been his source of inspiration throughout his ordeal.

Glenn was a great colleague. He treated everyone he came in contact with such courtesy and respect. He was a great person to work for and he made us want to do well for him. I learned so much from him and I am a better person for it.

This is such a great loss of such a dear man, but I was blessed having known you Glenn.

Thoughts and prayers are with the Balinao Family. Glenn was a great friend and colleague. I will miss him dearly!
