Rudy was the youngest of the 9 kids and had 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Foster, son, Rudy Von Foster, parents and 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
He is survived by his brother John C. Foster and his wife Carla, best friend and companion Jo Roch, and numerous nieces and nephews. Rudy was an Independent Oil Scout and retired January 1, 2011 and also a member of Golf Course Road Church of Christ. A graveside service is planned for Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 3:00pm at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
