Teresa Ann Myers

Teresa Ann Myers, age 64 of Midland Texas, passed away on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 after a hard fought battle with cancer. Teresa was born May 22,1961, to Bill and Mary Brand in Midland,Texas.She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her sister Sherri Brookshire and niece Mandy Porter.

Teresa is survived by her sister Diana Reynolds, daughter Teresa McCall, grandsons; Dylan Lake, Johnathan (JT) Nichols, Micah Lake, William and Christopher McCall, granddaughter Morgan McCall, many nieces and nephews, and multitudes of fellow NA/AAers/ friends and extended family.

Teresa Celebrated 15 years of sobriety thanks to God and the people who held her up and held her accountable through the years, she would be the first to tell you that without them she would not have been able to have the life of sobriety and growth that she did.

Teresa was a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, she worked for Turning Point, Clover House and the Alpha Center. Just prior to receiving her diagnosis she had returned to school to obtain her master’s degree in psychology in order to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Known for her grit and tenacity she reached out to the broken and lost to bring them hope of healing, and restoration.

Her services have been scheduled for Tuesday June 17, 2025, at Ellis Funeral Home 4616 N. Big Spring Street Midland, Texas.There will be a reception at 12:30pm followed by the Memorial Service at 2:00pm with Pastor Laveta Shelton officiating.
