Sweet Terri. I have so many wonderful memories of singing with you in the Robert E. Lee High School Chorale. My favorite memory of you was playing your father in the "Sound of Music". Although you were two years older than I, you called me "Dad" for the rest of your life. Being called Dad as a 15 year-old is a pretty heavy proposition. However, having a "daughter" like you was certainly a joy in my life.

You helped to make my transition from high school to college seamless by your telling me about the college/university ministry, Campus Advance and the singing group "Mountaintop". That kept me busy and out of trouble my whole career. So glad we recorded the album "Prayer to Cry" together. It's a precious time capsule which I will cherish always.

In 2014, we got to sing together one last time during a Chorale reunion. Now audio and pictures from that gathering are more precious than ever, particularly the ones of you and I together. Oh for just one more hug.

Your smile and positive demeanor in the face of hardship will always be an example for me. My love to your good, good mother who is always an encouragement. My prayers go out to your children who are left without their mother so, so soon. I hope they carry your spirit of love always.

Terri was a sweet beautiful person. I knew her at Campus Advance at Texas Tech University. She was always bubbly and had a beautiful singing voice. I hope she
rests in peace. Her family should be very proud of her.

I’ve known Terry for over 10 years first meeting her at church in Florence, AL. She was a prayer warrior for sure and I never saw her without a smile. When she moved a few years after we did to Redding , CA, we were glad she did. Her and the boys stayed with us several weeks til they got settled in their new home. I’m glad I got to be here for her in those last couple weeks though I didn’t feel like I was doing anything. She loved to talk and so did I so I’d tell her stories about the kids and seeing her smile was great. We don’t understand it all but she fought well til the end. One thing is for certain, she loves her kids.

No words can express my heart and love for such a sincere and passionate woman of God like Terri!...Faithful intercessor and servant and friend..Kingdom Alignment International would have never launched and served in the places God called us to without Terri..Her zeal for God and prayer will always live within me and bring a huge smile to my face...Sad however for her departure here on earth but will see that huge smile again one day!

Terri and I were Prayer Partners at the Texas Tech Bible Chair (Campus Advance). She was a precious friend and Sister in the Lord! So happy she is not suffering and with our Lord! I pray for you, Danielle and your Brothers and Grandmother. May God fill your hearts with peace and comfort.

Remembering Terri and her sweet, sweet spirit today. We knew each other through Broadway Church of Christ and Campus Advance in Lubbock. The last time I saw her was in 1982. Her smile lit up the room. Her voice glorified our Lord. I look forward to seeing her again in heaven one day. May God cover those she left behind with comfort and peace.

I have soooo many memories with Terri. She was a Warrior for God and always ready to do battle in the Spirit. I remember once, we went to Thunder Mountain to a prayer gathering and she was praying with such persistence and energy that she busted the prayer rainstick (that I had given her) while she was praying for the healing of our nation!
I will miss her a lot. Earth is poorer because of her promotion, but heaven is richer.
