Tommy Dean Belk

He was married to Gloria Nadine Brown Belk on 3 May 1968. They enjoyed 53 wonderful years together. He is survived by his wife, and four children: Delcie Nadine Bushman & husband Duane with their children Deegan & wife Ana, Derek & wife Amanda, Allen & wife Margaret, Daycee, Demeric, and Daria; Lucas Daniel Belk & wife Alexandria with their child Katherine; Benjamin Marcus Belk & wife Janelle with their children Brielle, Rylan, Aliana, and Kyson; and Blaine Martin Belk with daughters Brooklyn and Bree. Tommy is also survived by four great-grandchildren: Natalie, Asher, Nora, and Isabella, and one brother, Don Calvin Belk, his wife Linda, and their son, David and family. Tommy is also survived by various Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.

Tommy worked for the United States Postal Service for fifty-one years, retiring in 2014. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served faithfully for many years. His main hobby was reading. He loved a good story! He loved his family and devoted his life to them. We will miss him greatly!

Tommy’s memorial service will be held at the Gateway Building of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10:00am. The church is located at 4805 Gateway St, Midland, TX 79707. Tommy will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park at 11:00am.
