Vaudine Green

Vaudine was born in Sudan, Texas on April 28, 1938. She was a graduate of Midland High School and enjoyed writing poetry, reading books, playing her guitar and singing. She worked for the City of Phoenix for 25 years. After she retired, she moved back to Midland to be with her family.

Vaudine was married to Kenneth Jay Green on June 1, 1958. They were married for 38 years. They had three children: Theresa, Kevin and Keith.

Vaudine is survived by her daughter, Theresa Tramel of Benton, Arkansas; her son, Kevin Green of Rockport, Texas; her son Keith Green of Midland, Texas; her brother and sister in law, Randy and Jan Elliott of Midland, Texas; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at West Kentucky Baptist Church at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2016 with Brother Bob Porterfield officiating.
