Victoria was born on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 in Odessa, Texas to Reyes and Miriam Mendoza.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Sofia Mendoza.
She is survived by her father and mother; brothers, Kevin and Jonathan Mendoza; grandparents Reyes and Consuelo Mendoza and Roberto and Sofia Tarin.
There will be a visitation at Ellis Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Timothy Hayter officiating. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
