Wesley was born in McCamey, Texas on November 29, 1952 to Cleo and Sybil Brown. He graduated from Fort Stockton High School. He attended a 2 year Jr. College and moved to the Dallas Metro Area where he met and married Beverly Sutton. Wesley worked as a ranch hand with Friesian Horses. He enjoyed playing his guitar.
Wesley is preceded in death by his mother and father.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly; sister, Jeanny Cummins; nieces, nephews, cousin, aunts, and uncles and other family and friends.
A visitation has been scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Ellis Funeral Home. There will be a Memorial Service held at 1:00 p.m. in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 5, 2017 officiated by Pastor Jennifer Wilcox Cummins of Tucson, Arizona. Hymns will be sung by Paula Shipp of Midland. Inurnment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
