Mrs.Tuan Mei Lee Meng, 91, of Richmond, Virginia, widow of Hsien-En Meng, passed into eternity on Sunday, January 26, 2020. She is survived by two daughters, Ju-Mei Lin in Taiwan, Ching-Hua Meng; Three sons, Stephen Ching-Chun Meng, and Ching-Wei Meng in the United States, and an elder son Ching-Yen Meng in mainland, China
Mrs. Tuan-Mei Meng has four sisters and five brothers in Taiwan, and six grandchildren: Monica in Taiwan, Christine, Justin & Ethan, Ryan & Alex, in the States, and four grandchildren in mainland China with extended family of more than 70 in number, and the latest addition of a fifth generation born last year in Nanjing is the the great grand son Ling-Jie Meng.
Mrs. Tuan Mei Meng, now at home eternal is a loving wife, devoted mother, prayerful grandmother, hospitable and gracious homemaker, passionate and gifted gardener, faithful Christian devoted to exemplary consistent scripture reading and a cheerful encourager to her sons and daughter and grandchildren for missions and education.
She has over the last 36 years since 1983 committed to prayers and support for global mission through her children and grandchildren and her Church networks with local ministries. She was beloved by many and her legacy will be passed on by even more into the future generations.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020, 1:00 p.m. at the Chinese Baptist Church of Richmond, 1800 Parkway Lane, Richmond, VA 23225.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in memory of Tuan Mei may be made to the Mission Fund of Chinese Baptist Church of Richmond, Virginia.
