BOYD, Mrs. Adelaide B., age 101, widow of the Rev. Dr. Robert F. Boyd, passed away on July 13, 2014. She had been a resident of the Imperial Plaza since 1992. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Lawrimore of Hemingway, S.C. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Donehower of Jacksonville Beach, Florida; her sister, Dorothy Brandon of Honea Path, S.C.; seven grandchildren, Howard Roy Donehower, Jr. of Denver, Colorado, Robert Boyd (Suzanne) Donehower of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Dawn (Dan) Martinez of Winters, California, Carol Ann (Tom) Rima of Austin, Texas, Darla (John) McMillan of Ephrata, Washington, Brenda (Dan) Fitzgerald of Maple Valley, Washington, and Mary Dalton (Thom) Youngblood of Spring Hill, Florida. Also surviving are 17 great-grandchildren. Adelaide was a member of Crestwood Presbyterian Church and a long-time member of the Ginter Park Woman’s Club.
