PARSONS, Annie Monath, 85, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord and her husband, Alvin, on March 15, 2012. She is survived by her five children, Linda P. Mays and her husband, Jack, Janet P. Zirkle and her husband, Henry, Glenn S. Parsons and his wife, Pam, Kim P. Taylor and her husband, Mike, and Terry P. Woody and her husband, Scott; brother, Edward Monath; 11 grandchildren, Jamie, Carmen, Carrie, Devin, Neil, Morgan, Josh, adam, Phillip, Nicole and Mason; also nine great-grandchildren, Hailey, Nathan, Effi, Samuel, Conrad, Graham, Emma, Corrie and Caleb. She will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, March 17, at 11 a.m at Central Baptist Church. Interment church cemetery.
