She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Cardwell.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James Wayne Willard; her sons, Ralph Hoskins, Daniel Willard and David Willard; and her daughter, Sharon Willard.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Thursday, February 17 at Highland Memory Gardens, 5555 Langston Boulevard, Dublin, VA, 24084.
