Billie Ann Owens

Billie Ann Owens passed away peacefully on February 11th, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack R. Owens Sr, son Michael J. Owens, sister Sharlie A. McDaniel, parents Billy and Margaret Mobley, and nephew Wayne McDaniel. She is survived by son Jack R. Owens Jr, (Shannon), grandchildren Amanda B. Owens, Charles Edward Gene Owens, and great grandson Kai Owens, along with nieces Tammy Frazier and Kelly McDaniel. Billie was born in Washington DC and raised in Alexandria, VA. In 1974 she graduated from T.C. Williams High School, where she met the love of her life, Jack Owens Sr. When she was younger, she loved to do latch-hooking, and she was also known as the neighborhood Avon Lady. She loved the Perry Mason Show. Services for Billie will be announced at a later date.
