She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Sanson; and her parents, Orene and Nelson Crowe.
She is survived by her children, Jessica, Angela (Sam), and Abram (Tammie); her grandchildren, Victoria, Cameron, Jacob, Tyler and Lance; and great-granddaughter, Stella; her brother, Sonny; and her sister in faith, Dian Anderson.
Brenda was born and raised in Richmond, VA and attended J.R. Tucker High School. She retired after 45 years from Shoney's Restaurant and was a top sales lead with Avon for 35 years.
Brenda was a huge fan of Elvis and loved dancing to classic 50's music. She loved sewing, crafts, gardening, needlepoint and baking all the birthday cookies for the grandkids, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
A funeral service will be held at 10am on Thursday, July 16 at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd. Midlothian Va 2313.
Burial will follow at Smyrna Christian Church Cemetery, 3655 Powcan Rd. Bruington Va 23023.
