Clara Ann Caffarelli

CAFFARELLI, Clara A. (Russell), 83 a resident of Richmond, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013. She was the wife of the late Richard (Dick) P. Caffarelli originally of Worcester, Mass. Dick and Clara spent many years as retirees in Hernando, Fla. Mrs. Caffarelli was born in Millinocket, Maine to the late Mabel Saad and the late Azariah Russell. Clara was preceded in death by her sisters Dolores Inman of Virginia Beach and Joan Morin of Southbridge, Mass. Clara is survived by her daughters; Donna Gentile and husband, Peter of Greensboro, N.C., Sheree Wooldridge and her husband Danny, of Lynchburg, and Laurie Carroll and her husband Randy, of Richmond; eight grandchildren: Kenny Gartner and his wife Missy of Concord, Va.; Kim Mann and her husband Brad, of Mount Pleasant, S.C.; Nick Gentile and wife Dawn, of Ashburn; Brian Gentile and wife Drea, of Wake Forest, N.C.; Shane Logan and wife Kim of Richmond,; Danny Wooldridge II, of Lynchburg, Katherine Wallace and husband Larry of Cartersville, and Lizzie Carroll of Richmond; great-grandchildren Josh, Jacob, Gavin, Sullivan, Jackson, River, Holland, Layla, Levi, Ty and Merritt; and two great-great grandchildren Marley and Brooklynn.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice. Online condolences to WoodyFuneralHome.com.
