Courtney Waters, 62, of Midlothian VA passed away January 29, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peggy and Jesse Boggs. Courtney is survived by her husband, Stuart A. Waters; her children, Amy S. Waters (Matt) , Jill W. Blessing and Chad Waters and her sister, Diane Lett. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces, cousins and her beloved Bichon/Poodle “Buddy.”
Courtney was born in Richmond VA where she lived her entire life. She was a graduate of J.R. Tucker High School and Chowan College. She enjoyed a long career with HCA. She loved helping people and volunteering – she just couldn’t say no.
Her family will receive friends at the Woody Funeral Home Huguenot Chapel, 1020 Huguenot Rd Monday, Feb. 6 from 6-8:00 PM. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 11 AM at the funeral home.
