Craig is survived by his daughter, Isabella, and her mother, Diane (Skergan) Scott. Craig is also survived by his mother, Elizabeth R. Honeywell, a sister, Lynda Scott Musante, both of Midlothian, VA; a step-brother, Ben W. Honeywell, of Erie, PA, and many loving family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Scott and step-father, William P. Honeywell.
Craig graduated from Fairview High School in 1983 where he enjoyed being on the golf and wrestling teams and played trombone in both the marching and jazz bands. Craig attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1988. Architecture was his chosen career and he was a registered architect in both Virginia and Maryland. At the time of his passing Craig was the renovation architect for the Central House in Salem, NY, a project with significant personal importance.
No public services will be held as the family plans a private celebration of life and memorialization.
