She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Ann Kocielski, and her father, Edward Frank Kocielski. Deborah is survived by her three beloved children: Thomas, Mary, and Michelle.
Born in Philadelphia, she spent half her life there and the other half in Virginia. Deborah was an animal lover, especially cats, enjoyed crossword puzzles, mob movies, dramatic reality shows, and cheering for Philadelphia sports teams.
The family will receive friends at 4 p.m. on March 14, 2026, at Woody Funeral Home on 1020 Huguenot Road, Midlothian, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA of Richmond.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all the compassionate friends who reached out, the caring neighbors who generously offered meals and support, Rosalyn, Bruce, and the Long & Foster family, along with the Kocielskis, Giacomellis, and Michaladas, for a lifetime of friendship and unwavering support.
