Donald Wayne Sites Jr., 60, passed away peacefully at home on October 20, 2026, surrounded by love, with his devoted wife by his side.
Wayne was a man who lived life on his own terms. He was larger than life, fiercely independent, endlessly mischievous, and blessed with a heart as big as his personality. He loved deeply, laughed loudly, and never missed an opportunity to make someone smile—or shake their head at his antics.
Above all, Wayne was a family man. His greatest pride and joy were his children and grandchildren. Known affectionately as “Pops” to his grandchildren, he leaves behind a lifetime of laughter, stories, and memories that will be treasured for generations.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Cora Faith Sites; his children, Donnie, Anthony, Jason, Jacob, Stephen, and Tabitha; and his bonus children, Skye, Luke, and Jackson. He is also survived by his beloved mother, Marie; his sisters, Cathy, Elaine, and Pearl; his best friend and brother in spirit, Danny; and his many cherished grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his beloved sons, Cameron and Christopher, and his father, Don.
Wayne faced life’s challenges with a stubborn determination that was entirely his own. Even through years of illness, he never lost the spirit that made him unmistakably Wayne. His humor, his strength, his love of music, and his ability to turn an ordinary moment into an unforgettable memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.
