Patsy, Jonathan, Beth and Marianne,
I was so sorry to read of Doug’s passing. He was such a great dad and always supporting Jonathan, Beth and Marianne ,as a great volunteer, in all their activities! I so enjoyed his tounge-in-cheek humor! May his great memories sustain each of you.
Sincerely, Diane Strobl

I’m so sorry for your loss, Patsy, Marianne, Beth, Jonathan and your extended family. There will definitely be a void in Roxshire without Doug walking every day. He always waved and smiled or stopped and chatted. I often thought of him as the “mayor” of Roxshire as he walked and greeted neighbors.

Patsy, I am so sorry to hear about Doug. He was a really great guy and I’m sad for your loss. My fondest memories are from Stratford Hills United Methodist Church. We were blessed to have our children grow up in the church those years so long ago! All my love and prayers to you and your wonderful family!

I am speechless at your terrible loss. My memories of Mack always make me smile. I can still see his beautiful canned vegetables. I don’t think I’be seen art that was more pristine in presentation. What a sweet man. I feel lucky to have known him. All my love Patsy & to your wonderful family . Squatty

Doug was a faithful friend who was kind and helpful to all who knew him. He was an invaluable and loyal friend when I lost my husband, Doug! Love to all the Moon's! I cherish all our connections from meeting at karate with Jonathan and Hutch and then Fridays with Marianne and Madison! Mac, always kept me up to date on his family and loved them all so much! May the peace of God surround each one. You will be in my prayers for the mourning process to be replaced with only joyful memories! Nel Hill
