Jackie, I just found out today that Scottie passed away in July. I am so sorry and know that you are devastated. I remember your words at the last funeral we went to which were "she is my best friend, as well as my mother". My thoughts and prayer will be with you.

Jackie, I read in the newspaper that your mother passed away recently.  I am so sorry.  I remember her from when she did volunteer work for the Adoption Reports Unit.  At this time, Ulises and I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family.  Sandy and Ulises Sanroma

Kathy & Jackie, I've never forgotten your mother and how kind and sweet she was to me.  I lost my mom 12 years ago, but still think of her almost every day.

Knowing just how special Scottie was to you all, I know the tremenduous sadness you are feeling over her loss.  The great love and devotion you had for her was never more evident than it was in recent months, when you took care of her with such compassion and tenderness.  Remember her every day with joy in your hearts - it was joy you gave her.  Now she's dancing through heaven with your dad, Jackie, and I know you will feel them both watching over you. Jackie, my deepest sympathies are extended to you and your family. I met you and your mom on several of "Grace's Charlestown trips" and immediately came to love and enjoy her. Trips w/o Scottie were never as much fun as when she was along. I also had the pleasure of running into her at Walmart several times and she always had that beautiful smile and something funny to say. Having experienced loosing my mom, I know the grief and heartache you are experiencing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
