Dear Paige, I am so very sorry your Dad has left us. He was always kind and sweet to me, even when I was trying to drive his car! He had a great sense of humor to go along with his graciousness. Best of all, it was clear he loved and respected you and wanted the very best in life for you. I look forward to getting together with our knitting and sharing time talking about your Dad. Take comfort in good memories of a good life. Love, Pam

My memories of Henry are both as a long ago employee at Medical Service Stores ,mostly Southampton, primarily assisting with Rx's and later after graduation from college as a friend and customer . I was connected with the chain from the mid-fifties and later as a pharma rep for Lederle Labs (another extinct organization).
Henry was always pleasant to work with and a gentleman. I miss the days of non big chain pharmacies .
Blessings to you that remain here .

Paige - I am so sorry to learn about your dad's death. He was such a special person and I feel very fortunate have known him and to have experienced his warmth and kindness. Knowing your father was one of the best things about working for the MCV School of Pharmacy. He truly was a giant and will be missed. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I will miss him. My best, Ellen

I met Henry February 10, 2018. He was very friendly and affectionate. I visited him and his daughter Paige for a week. He accepted me into their family immediately and gave plenty of hugs and said he loved me several times. He let me call him Dad! Unfortunately I had to leave to go back to Missouri on February 17th. He said he would miss me and cried when I said goodbye. After returning home I talked to him on the phone a few times and he always asked me to come back. He really pulled at my heart strings. I hoped that I would see him and Paige again. I'm sorry I didn't get to. I'd like to thank Paige for the chance to know her Dad. I love you Sis!
