I'm so lucky to have met and gotten to know Jenn. She was such a warm and loving person. Jenn could be quiet and reserved one moment, and fierce and tenacious the next. My daughter and I were fortunate to get to spend a beach week with Jenn and her family, every summer for many years. Endearing memories include Jenn's spaghetti day at the beach (I never told her how much I looked forward to it every year), and (sort of) keeping up with our kids as they climbed the ropes at Corolla Adventure Course. I loved Jenn's laugh. She had a laugh that made you laugh with her, regardless of whatever she was laughing at. I loved Jenn's connection to and love for her family.
I miss you, Jenn.
Our hearts are with you Tom, Maddie, Justin, Reid, and your entire family.

I remember the first day we met. Your son was taking my daughter to homecoming. Being the mom of a Freshman daughter, I was protective and reluctant. Then I met you... polite, friendly, funny; and I felt you shared similar values. It was comforting. I have to believe you’ve made a positive impact to many others as well. I pray for peace, and will continue to pray for your family. Maggie XO
