Jessie Mae Wiley passed away peacefully on January 8th, 2023. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas H. Wiley, and her daughter Kimberly Wiley. She is survived by daughters Kathy Davidson (Ivan), Sharon Reid (Donnie); son Thomas Wiley (Teresa); 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Jessie was a member of Open Door Baptist Church and a bus driver for Chesterfield County for 30 years. She loved going to her grandkids’ athletic games, spending time with family, reading, playing cards, and especially loved her candy and Tommy’s chocolate brownies. She was known at Lucy Corr as the “Candy Lady”.
The family will receive friends at 12:00 pm on Thursday, January 12th, 2023, with a service following at 1:00pm at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd. Interment will take place at Dale Memorial Park.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Lucy Corr Assisted Living for their care and to her devoted friend, Diane.
