To the Family: I first met John when he worked for Toastmaster in 1968.
He was always warm and honest. He made a difference
to everyone he met by just being himself.

To the Family:

I held the distinct honor of being John's best friend over the past couple of decades even though we've known one another much longer.  Needless to say, I'm devastated. He was a SPECIAL part of my life, a business associate, a friend, an employee and a brother...I'll sincerely miss him. John loved his family and spoke frequently about his children, grandchildren and his sister and brother-in-law. He was very unique and matter of fact but had a heart of gold. 

I know God has embraced my brother and pray HE sustains you all as you go forth in your lives.  Your father, brother, grandfather, brother-in-law, uncle, loved one and friend was indeed a blessing to all of us who encountered him.  I for one will never forget John Franklin Hastings, Jr.

Many fond memories of my friend John. He did it his way. Sympathy to his sister and children and his other friends.

Please accept Woody staff condolences for your loss.  You can depend on us to assist you on this journey and we will strive for your complete satisfaction while your loved one is in our care.
