YOLANGO, John, 66, of Midlothian, Va., originally from New York City, left this life peacefully on Sunday, June 25, 2017, while surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his wife, Joan; daughters, Gina and Dianna; sisters, Florence Ward and Connie Wojcik; many nieces and nephews, and other family members; and an abundance of funny stories and wonderful memories. John worked with FedEx for 36 years and was an avid VCU basketball fan. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, June 29, at Winfree Memorial Baptist Church, 13617 Midlothian Turnpike, Midlothian, Va. 23114 from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place, Glen Allen, Va. 23060.
