She was born on November 4, 1965 in Richmond, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Tuck.
She is survived by her son, Matthew O’Toole (Emma-Hill); partner, Jim Skelding; siblings, Vicki Tuck, Amy Guyre (daughters Lucy and Alice), and Chip Cooke (Blair, daughters Millie and Violet); her beloved dogs, Beatrice and Eloise; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Kelly graduated from Meadowbrook High School in 1984, where she excelled at basketball and was awarded MVP of the softball team. She made a career for herself in Richmond restaurants, spending the last 15 years serving at 821 Café. In her spare time, you could find Kelly at Bandy Field with her beloved Labradors and the community of dog lovers she surrounded herself with.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Main Line Brewery on Wednesday, November 1 at 5:30pm.
