Kenneth Wade Clements

He was preceded in death by his father Drewy Winfred Clements, his mother, Annie Grey Clements, and his brothers, Carl W. Clements, and Leonard Dale Clements.

He is survived by Carolyn R. Clements, his wife of 54 years; his daughter, Whitnie Carol Clements; son, Tyler Wade Clements (Alecia); grandkids, Christopher, Jahna, Jordan, Hannah, Ethan, and Hollis; great grandson Walker, and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was born on September 14, 1948, in Roanoke Rapids, NC. He retired from Dupont where he worked as a Chemical Researcher for 39 years. He was a graduate of Park View High School Class of 1967 in South Hill, VA. After retirement, Kenneth was an employee at Kroger for 14 years. He was also a member of Winfree Baptist Church in Midlothian.

Wade was an avid UVA sports fan and enjoyed playing golf for many years. He also loved NASCAR and had a special appreciation for birds.

The family will receive friends on June 23, 2026, from 12pm to 2pm at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd Midlothian, VA 23113. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:30pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Wade can be made to Winfree Church, P.O. Box 244 Midlothian, VA 23113.
