Obituary of Lee Ann Perkins
Lee Ann Perkins, 76 of Midlothian, VA, passed away peacefully to be with her Lord on July 3, 2019. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helena Clegg and her father, Willard Clegg. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Terry Perkins; daughters, Kristen Fienberg, Andrea Giberson and son-in-law, Michael Giberson; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Carolyn Clegg; grandsons, William and wife Sarah Walton and Kyle Giberson; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lanna and Wayne Wharton; niece and husband, Terri and Michael Bresnan, nephew and wife, Jeffrey and Elizabeth Wharton; great nephews, Jackson and Connor Wharton and great niece, Laney Bresnan. Lee Ann was born in Cincinnati, OH and moved to the Richmond area in 1993. Lee Ann worked most of her career in the financial services industry, working 15 years for T. Rowe Price in Baltimore and then for Scott & Stringfellow when she moved to Richmond as Executive Assistant to two former CEO’s until she retired in 2007. She enjoyed most of all, the gatherings when she was surrounded by family. She was a devoted member of Huguenot Road Baptist Church where she was a deacon, choir member and volunteer for numerous activities until her health forced her to be home bound. A private family interment will be held at Little Wilson United Methodist Cemetery in Mouth of Wilson, VA and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on July 27 at Huguenot Road Baptist Church, 10525 W. Huguenot Rd., North Chesterfield, VA 23235. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation or Huguenot Road Baptist Church
