She was predeceased by her husband and best friend, Edward “Coy” Harper. She is survived by her children, Lou Harper Rowe (Tom) and Jeff Harper (Sue); three grandchildren, Adam Rowe, Phillip and Molly Harper; two great-grandchildren, Jacob and Kayla Rowe.
Louise retired from Ukrops Grocery Store with 25 years of service. She was devoted to her family and found joy in gardening.
