Margaret Ann Perkins, 60, of Henrico, VA, died on October 31, 2026 of cancer. She was born in Lansing, Michigan on November 29, 1965, daughter of Lawrence and Sharon Nowery, She graduated from Petersburg High School, earned a B.A. from Mary Washington College, a M.B.A. from Averett University and established a career in human resources.
She is survived by her parents; sister, Catherine Nowery, and brother, Dale Nowery and family, as well her beloved twin sons, Robert Finch Perkins in the U.S. Navy stationed in CT, and James Lawrence Perkins, at home.
