She was the beloved daughter of Frank S. and Loretta W. Lazure.
Mimi was born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. Mimi was a loving, gentle and kind person. Mimi worked for the Richmond Library for a number of years. Mimi will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. She will be laid to rest at Westhampton Cemetery, Richmond, VA on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 2 pm.
