Nancy Jessica Febish

Her loving husband, Donald Delano Febish passed away in January 2017. She is survived by her five children, Donald W. Febish (Deborah), Elizabeth F. Wirsing (Michael), Cynthia F. Frederick (Philip), Susan F. Kross (Steve) and Patricia F. Bryant. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, who affectionately called her “Mimi,” Jonathan and Amanda Febish, Jessica and Michael Wirsing, Miles and Theodore Frederick, Haley and Lindsey Kross and Patrick, Sydney and Nicholas Bryant; and two great-grandchildren, Alexi Rose Febish and Mikayla Evangeline Febish.

Mrs. Febish was born in Muncy, Pennsylvania, to William R. and Mrs. Elizabeth J. Pegg. The oldest of five children, Mrs. Febish nurtured and encouraged children as a teacher at Huguenot Road United Methodist Preschool, as well as being both a Boy Scout den mother and Girl Scout leader. In her later years, she enjoyed spending time with her family, texting with her grandchildren, gardening, genealogy, a lucrative Lego Ebay Business, as well as a savviness for the stock market.

Memorial and visitation for Nancy Pegg Febish will be from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Woody Funeral Home - Huguenot Chapel, 1020 Huguenot Road, Midlothian, VA. 23113.

A Private burial will be held in the Virginia Veteran Cemetery, Amelia, where her final resting place will be alongside her husband.
