Patricia Ann Coleman Jarrell

Patricia “Pat” Ann Coleman Jarrell went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, August 9, 2025. Pat was born in Richmond, VA on Feb. 8, 1936. Pat was a wonderful mother of four, a devoted pastor’s wife for 45 years, an educator, banker, realtor and office manager at the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation until her retirement. She played the piano and organ in her church for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Pastor Roger W. Jarrell, and her parents, Clyde and Mary Lee Coleman.

She is survived by her two daughters, Connie Vaughn and Terri Jarrell; two sons, Jeff (Nancy) Jarrell and Dan (Tricia) Jarrell; grandchildren: Natalie (Anthony) Pompa, Andrew (Molly) Vaughn, Adrian Vaughn, Tiffanie McGregor, Steffanie Jarrell, Danny (Morgan) Jarrell; Jessica (Ira) Hall, Justin Jarrell, Zachary (Nicole) Jarrell, Jasmine (Amiee) Jarrell; great grandchildren: Alyssa, Dylan, Tristan, Kenzie, Wyatt, Demi, Anderson, Kynlee, Addison, Eliza, Darci, William, Amelia, and Carter,; her brother Clyde Jr. (Deloris) Coleman, and brother-in-law Graham (Teresa) Jarrell, and many nephews and nieces.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th from 2-4 pm at Woody Funeral Home- Huguenot Chapel, 1020 Huguenot Road, Midlothian, VA 23113.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Sunday, August 17th at 2:00 pm at the New Hope Baptist Church, 255 Union Mill Road, South Hill, VA 23970.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, Aug 18th at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Richmond, VA.
