Paul Thomas Milburn, 64, of Powhatan passed away on May 27, 2015; He was born on November 23, 1950 in New Jersey
He servied in the US Army and retired from the City of Richmond after many years of service.
Paul is survived by his beloved wife Gwen Milburn, His mother Lois Milburn Mauney and step father William Mauney. Children Melissa Gilbert Chris Gilbert. Clay Milburn
There will be a memorial service held at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd, Midlothian, VA on Sunday June 7, 2015 at 3:30pm with interment private.
