Mrs Schumann was my home economics teacher from 74-77. She was amazing. To this day i still use her recipes. And most recently many of us talked about her on Facebook when i reached out to see if folks remembered making a beautiful Angel out of dish detergent bottles. So glad to know she had a good life. She will be missed. Liz Fisher (Seawell)

Mrs. Schumann was my home ec teacher at Manchester High School from 1973-1977. I loved her so much that when I had taken all her classes I got permission to help her during my study hall my senior year. After that she frequented Hancock Fabrics where I worked so I was blessed to get to keep up with her. I now live in FL or I would be at her service. I am so thankful to have known her. My sympathies are with her family.
