She was a strong, independent, and loving mother, daughter, and grandmother. Susan was one of three children born to Marilyn and Robert Smart. She returned to Powhatan to be near her daughter, Jessica Reamy, and to help care for her grandchildren, Caitlin and Robert Reamy.
Susan is survived by her daughter Jessica Reamy, and grandchildren Alex, Caitlin, and Robert Reamy, as well as her brother Bob Smart. She is preceded in death by her mother Marilyn Smart, father Robert Smart, and sister Patricia Turnbull.
Susan will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
The family would like to thank Traditions Hospice and the staff at Sunrise at Bon Air for their support in Susan's final chapter of life.
